During my time at Mitsui Automotriz, largest Toyota dealership in Peru (Toyota is the leading brand with 30% of market share), I was able to succeed in the implementation of the marketing department, leading and concluding different organizational impact projects: New interactive website, mitsui club card to reward the loyalty of our customers, mitsui call center, customers, data base update, CRM system, launch of the Lexus brand for first time in Peru, to mention some of them. The results: Increased customers contactability in 60%, Recovered 20% of lost customers, 70% of new customers returning for after sales services and reached over a third of the total sales of Toyota, leading as number one dealership for the brand and country.
During my time at Mitsui, I had the opportunity to work in projects with Colombia and Ecuador, worked in the head office of Mitsui in Tokyo - Japan for over a year, being part of projects with Thailand, Philippines and Russia and had the chance to visit the offices and dealerships there. That gave me an overview of customer's behaviours and needs in different markets at the same time the opportunity to learn more about my career which is my passion.
Mitsui was a school, a second home, with warm atmosphere to work and great leaders to look after, I will always feel somehow part of the Mitsui family.
